Privacy Policy

Retro Expense Tracker (오래된 가계부) is provided by JCStudio. Effective date: October 2, 2026.

Your expense records

Amounts, item names, categories, dates, receipts and preferences are stored on your device. The app has no account or cloud synchronization. JCStudio does not receive your expense records, and the app does not send their contents to advertising providers.

Backups and deletion

Backup and restore happen only when you choose a file or folder. You control where exported files are stored; choosing a cloud-backed folder may transfer that file through your storage provider. Delete records in the app's Settings, clear app storage, or uninstall the app to remove local records. Delete exported backups separately. The app does not enable Android's automatic app-data backup.

Advertising and consent

When advertising is enabled, the app uses Google AdMob for banner and interstitial ads and Google's User Messaging Platform for privacy choices. Depending on your choices, region and device settings, Google may process device identifiers (including advertising ID), IP address and approximate location inferred from it, app/ad interactions, and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. No precise location permission is requested. Advertising data can be processed on Google's servers outside your country.

Where required, the app requests privacy choices before requesting ads. You can revisit applicable consent or opt-out options under Settings → Privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Declining personalized advertising does not prevent you from using the ledger.

Retention and support

Local records remain until you delete them. If you contact support, we receive the email address and content you provide, use them to respond, and retain them only as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. Please do not include sensitive financial records in support requests.

Children and your rights

The app is a general-purpose expense ledger and is not designed specifically for children. Privacy rights, including access, correction, deletion and advertising opt-outs, depend on your jurisdiction. Because JCStudio does not hold your local ledger records, you manage those directly on your device. Contact us about support correspondence or other privacy concerns.
